Level 1- 5pm-7pm, $40

Level 2- 5pm-8pm, $50

Learn confidence, awareness, practical self-defense, and more in one seminar. Bring a friend, and you will learn some of the best ways to protect yourself in any situation.

Level 1 is open to everyone, even if you have zero experience. Level 2 is only for those who have done at least two Level 1 seminars. 

Level 1 will cover grab defense, basic techniques, and household weapons. Level 2 will cover level one curriculum, as well as ground defense, punch counters, and even defense against weapons.
